The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

 

Job Description
Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client?s employees or the client?s customers in fulfillment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. Examples of professionals in this capability would be software developers and technical architects.

 

The Data Management Liaison is needed to communicate and coordinate efforts from the client to the off-shore teams. 

 

Key responsibilities may include:
? Providing or ensuring input to protocols, CRFs and all other technical components
? Developing project and protocol-specific data validation strategies and guidelines, gaining agreement, ensuring implementation and enhancements as required
? Agreeing as early as possible with client(s) on the deliverables and time lines, and revisiting/amending as necessary
? Assisting in forecasting workload and resource needs
? Organizing resource allocation
? Delivering presentations at strategy meetings; assisting in identifying presentation content
? Performing set-up activities
? Coordinating activities with client(s)
? Planning activities, tracking dates of deliverables and providing regular status updates
? Overseeing and checking the quality and consistency of work
? Assuring documentation is completed, signed and filed as needed
? Tracking and reporting adherence to performance metrics, i.e. Service Level Agreements
? Under guidance of manager, serving as the point-of-contact for any internal audits or external regulatory inspections
? Contributing to the development/maintenance of standard data entry and data validation guidelines and processes

 

Qualifications

? 3+ years relevant work experience in Clinical Data Management
? Degree required
? Experience with use of personal computers, Oracle Clinical or similar application
? Skills required: data management experience
