As a Data Services Manager, you will be the single point of contact for coordinating and managing the orders of various data products and services. Duties will include providing support to clients and ensuring service commitments exceed client expectations from data order request to completion of delivery. The Data Services Manager will work on behalf of the client to resolve any billing issues and verify all order information is accurate. The ideal candidate will apply excellent customer service principles and practices, have extensive knowledge of data provisioning and complex ordering processes, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum requirements:
High school diploma or GED with a bachelor?s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field preferred
One year customer service experience
One year experience in business environment
Suite of office software packages
One year telemarketing or data provisioning experience preferred
