The Database Production Manager oversees and directs the day to day responsibilities of team members in the on-going execution and delivery of database marketing projects assigned to the team.

-Manage, mentor, and work successfully with subordinates.
-Communicate status of projects to various staff levels.
-Build professional/trusting client relationships.
-Understand the client?s requirements and set and manage expectations.
-Create clear/precise detailed job instructions.
-Delivers product accurately and on time under tight deadlines
-Proactively solicits current/future client needs.
-Performs quality checks on all finished work.

 

If you have:

-Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferable in Information Technology or related field.
-Experience managing projects in a production environment.
-Experience with database marketing and direct marketing.
-Proficiency with MS Outlook, Project, Word, Excel
-Knowledge of ETL and data conversion
-Intermediate knowledge of SQL, SAS, and BI tools
-Basic understanding of USPS Presort, Merge-Purge, Hygiene, Code.
