Director Of Habilitation Services
Provides administrative oversight of Habilitation Services, Independent Living Skills Program, Continuing Education Program, Respite Program, Stay Late Program, Employment Services Program, Senior Day Program, IRE Program, Budgeting Services, ISE Program and Day Habilitation Programs.
Administers and supervises services including outreach, intake, planning, service delivery and follow‑up. Ensures compliance w/ OMRDD regulations for certified Day Habilitation sites.?
Oversees management of units of service to achieve funding source objectives for the Erie County Department of Mental Health, F.S.S., I.S.S., H.C.B.S., DSS, VESID, OMRDD & others.?

Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities, OMRDD regulations, and service planning and solid supervisory skills.? Must have proficient written abilities, effective communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master?s Degree and six years of experience in Human Services, including one year of supervisory experience OR
Bachelor?s Degree and eight years experience in Human Services, including two years of supervisory experience. $50,024/yr.
