Job Description:

The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing pricing strategies and pricing system design to maximize profit goals within the company.This person will set short and long-term pricing strategies for DXP accounts and market segments.  Will also be responsible for designing marketing margin programs and recommending those programs to sales and marketing departments.

 

Responsibilities Include: Pricing strategy and pricing system designComputer and ERP systems and designChannel strategy and channel managementProduct management and product developmentService research and service managementStrategic marketing, growth and planningActivity costing and activity management Best practices in recording and tracking all related pricing activity within DXP

Qualifications: College Degree REQUIREDThorough understanding of the industrial distribution industryMust be knowledgeable of pricing programs, pricing system design and channel managementMust have experience working with or developing pricing strategies and logistics plans to maximize profitsMust be a self-starter with exceptional pricing and technical skills

Salary and Benefits:



$60K-$80K + bonus based on experience
