Documentation/Reports Specialist

Provides professional document and report support in the planning, development, and coordination of internal communication efforts for the advancement of the overall goals and objectives of the Project Management Office.

"? Provides professional assistance and support to Project Management Office (PMO) in the planning, design, development, and management of strategic, at times sensitive, communication projects and initiatives.
"? Performs in-depth research and analysis on specific issues as assigned; develops and prepares comprehensive communications and/or reports based on analysis and interpretation of issues.
"? Writes, edits, and reviews various reports for PMO and senior management, to include status reports, project schedules, budget summaries, etc.
"? Participates in strategic planning, and manages and coordinates the development, implementation, and completion of special projects related to internal communications and/or initiatives.
"? Collaborates in the development and dissemination of communications designed to inform organizations of such issues as the PMO programs, accomplishments, and/or status on projects and programs.
"? Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
"? Writes, edits, and reviews public relations materials for PMO and senior management, to include fact sheets, articles, newsletters, and speeches; oversees production and publication of public relations materials and other related communications.
"? Participates in strategic planning, and manages and coordinates the development, implementation, and completion of special projects related to internal and/or external communications and/or initiatives.
"? Collaborates in the development and dissemination of broadly based strategic communication designed to inform the organization of such issues as the PMO programs, accomplishments, and/or points of view on specified issues.
"? Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
