Energy Supply Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  PG&E plans to procure renewable and conventional resources through acquisition of power generation facilities as well as entering into long-term contracts. These solicitations require extensive email communication, scheduling, data management and archiving. Specific responsibilities include: Coordinate day-to-day communications with internal stakeholders, and counterparties. Maintain a central data source and archive of communications, responses to solicitation, and evaluation materials. Schedule meetings, take minutes and document decisions.

 

?  Assist in management of contracts and budgeting with contractors. Coordinate compliance with corporate governance procedures.

 

?  Assist in preparation of communications materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in responses to regulatory proceedings.

 

Required/Essential:

?  Strong verbal and written communications

?  Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

?  Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects and information on tight deadlines.

 

Desired/Marginal:

?  Experience with power generation

?  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
