Engagement/Project Manager

Successfully manage consulting operations based upon budgetary impact, successful deadline achievement, successful achievement of customer satisfaction and ability to accurately report the current status of all engagements. Must have the ability to support professional services organization by providing process improvement, understanding and articulation of all types of consulting services (planning, testing and availability engineering). Ensure high client satisfaction levels, building a strong base of referenceable accounts. Interact with Sales personnel to develop proposals and pricing, as well as conduct sales support calls. Produce monthly project status and financial reports to senior management. Build team skills in order to provide quality and cost effective consulting deliverables Special projects as they are assigned Min travel requirement 45%

Qualifications : Degree in Business or related field or related work equivalent required College Degree; H.S. Diploma/GED and/or equivalent work experience required.
Min of 10 years experience and expertise in a technical & project management role.

Min of 2 years Supervisory or Management experience 
Strong knowledge of business continuity and availability services desired.

Must be knowledgeable in business, communications and information technology.

Must have strong sales support skills, including presentations and public speaking Exceptional organizational and communications capabilities (i.e. must be able to listen and understand, then communicate orally and in written format) Proficiency in Windows based applications, WORD, EXCEL and database experience.
