Event Manager

Experienced meeting planner needed to perform all aspects of conference and workshop planning and implementation and board/committee meeting planning for North Dallas-based international non-profit association. Skill sets required include contract negotiations with hotels and vendors, budget creation and management, sponsorship solicitation, e-mail marketing and direct marketing, excellent verbal and written communications, the ability to multi-task, team-based coordination with association staff on meetings, and liaison with volunteer committees by telephone and e-mail. Non-profit experience, HTML experience, and fluency in Spanish are bonuses.
