Exec Delivery Program Mgr - Benefits

Responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of Benefits services to IBM's North American HR BTO clients. The candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the delivery of benefits services to IBM NA clients. Ensure operational integrity of benefit services to NA clients. Services will be provided both directly and through IBM partners and third parties. This position will work with IBM and external resources in the areas of training, quality, compliance and daily operations to deliver benefit services to NA HR clients. Development of competitive best practices for benefit services, especially alignment with affinity IBM products and services in the Healthcare industry, including Total Absence Management, Workforce Analytics, and Medical Data services. Review and oversee transition and readiness of benefit services from the NA client.
