Executive Delivery Program Manager HR

We are currently seeking a Executive Delivery Program Mgr. - HR. Successful canddiates must have strong project management skills with business process experience in Human Resources (HR) and experience implementing HRO Lead groups of Project Managers across 10 or more projects at the same time. Since the majority of the transition work takes place on client sites, requires up to 80% travel. Must deliver transition solutions for US BTO HR process offerings. This role is responsible to ensure that services projects are implemented within the terms of the contract. Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity. Position develops and manages the tactical and strategic resource plan while balancing profit and utilization objectives. Major Field of Study:Project Mgr. Skills necessary: Program Management - 10+ Years, Program Management- 15+ Years, People and Financial Management - 7+ Years, SAP/PeopleSoft (subject Matter knowledge) - 5+ Years, Managed PMO with Budget > $20MM - 3+ Years, Technology and Process Implementation - 5+ Years, Exposure to HR/Payroll/Benefits - 5+ Years, HRO Transition or HR ERP Implementation - 5+ Years, Excellent Communication Skills, Teamwork and Collaboration, Creative Problem Solving, Drive to Achieve, Travel paid by client, Travel Expected 80%, Travel destinations: varies.
