We?re looking for an ambitious Black Belt who wants to become a leader in the field.  This fast-paced position involves Six Sigma project leadership to improve financial process capability, develop standardized financial reporting methods and metrics, and implement new forecasting processes.  The following qualifications will help you be successful in this role:

 
Bachelor?s degree required (business or finance preferred)
5+ years of experience related to finance, sales, and marketing
Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
Proven experience leading successful Six Sigma projects to improve and streamline marketing, sales, and finance processes
Excellent leadership skills and training/mentoring background
Strong background developing and implementing metrics for marketing/sales and financial planning groups
In-depth knowledge of managerial accounting, sales forecasting, and financial planning
