Fixed Income Project Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the client relationship at a senior level, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues, and acting as the client’s voice regarding control of outstanding issues. Additionally, the Account Manager communicates business opportunities and projects to other business lines. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Develop partnerships with key clients to solicit their Sr. Mgmt. input on new business directives and opportunities within their firm. 2. Act as client’s voice regarding control of outstanding issues to include coordination of internal/external client activities. 3. Conduct and coordinate client satisfaction surveys; distribution, collection, tabulation and communicate results to clients. 4. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the suite of offerings and bring in the appropriate representative. 5. Ensure prompt resolution of client issues, especially as it relates to accounts receivable (A/R). 6. Manage the contract renegotiations/resign process to successful conclusion. 7. Organize and facilitate User Group to include all meetings and communication. Please contact
