Full Time Producer for MMO Game

As a Producer, you will need use your passion, charismatic leadership, and project management skills to manage and coordinate the efforts of your game masters, designers, programmers, and webmasters in order to provide the best service possible to players of our massively-multiplayer games. As our games are developed in Korea, strong multi-cultural communication skills are also desired. Finally, since we?re a start-up, you will be asked to wear many hats, so you will also need business savvy and marketing intuition. This position is high competitive, yet highly rewarding.

 

l Some game Industry experience preferred

 

l Must be very organization and be familiar with using Microsoft Excel

 

l Should be able to think logically to prioritize tasks and solve problems

 

l Must be tech-savvy and have an understanding of game development

 

l Experience in managing and leading teams required

 

l Speaking Korean language will be a big plus.
