Eastside based cosmetic and health and beauty company is seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to oversee the operations of it?s Direct Selling division.

The company is long established with a history of delivering high quality products and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

? Business Planning and strategic development

? Finance and budgetary responsibility

? Sales, Marketing and Business Development

? Inventory Management

? Distribution and Logistics

? Customer Service

? Human Resources

Qualifications:

Record of achievement as a motivated, self starter, who is committed to achieving both personal and company goals and objectives Proven track record of exceptional General Management experience, coupled with strong Sales, Marketing and Customer Service skills Experience with Direct Selling sales model preferred Strong oral, written and communication skills Effective team building, coaching and mentoring skills
