Human Resource Manager/Deputy Program Manager

Dynamic Government contracting firm in Bethesda, MD is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager with a minimum of 6 years experience in Human Resources Administration. ?Masters? Degree required. Extensive experience in recruitment and placement strategies is preferred.? Prior experience working as a human resource officer with the federal government is preferred but not required. Familiarity with employment labor policies and regulations is required. Successful candidate must be dependable and flexible. The candidate must be detail oriented, highly motivated and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. We are searching for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can handle rapidly evolving requirements and stringent deadlines. Some travel may be required. Salary range $70K-$75K depending on experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

?

Develop and maintain Human Resources operations fiscal year short- & long-term strategic goals/objectives, and fiscal year budget.

Analyze, design and develop job descriptions based on required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Develop and facilitate employee training & development programs.

?

Review and approve candidate eligibility, selection and credential verification and make recommendation to Division Director and other members of the Corporate Executive Team.

Serve as Deputy Program Manager, supervising human resource and program support staff.
