We seek a Business Analyst to join a new team within the Uniprise Operations eSolutions division. This is a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate to make good use of his/her analysis, process mapping and problem solving experience while working with cutting-edge technology.

 

A Business Analyst within the Provider Portal program is responsible for managing projects through the development life cycle.  He/She is responsible for the delivering quality requirements according to the schedule of the project and with full support of key stakeholders.

 

As the owner of projects, the Business Analyst’s key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with various internal teams to establish an overview of project feasibility and purpose
Analyzing business needs to define and document system requirements
Interfacing with sales, marketing, portal training, legal and compliance, software development teams, and external entities to accomplish business analysis efforts
Identifying test scenarios, writing and executing test scripts, and reporting overall testing results
Delivering weekly reports to management, including issue and risk identification and action plans, project estimations, and general expectations 



To qualify as a Business Analyst, a candidate must have:
A Bachelors degree, preferably in business, information management or related field; Healthcare and web portal experience desired
3-5 years of business analysis experience, including a firm understanding of how technology relates to business goals and objectives
Experience with the system development, including business processes, project scoping, and user acceptance testing; a background in technology and web-based environments is preferred
Proficiency in using computers and standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc)
Strong communication skills and must be self-motivated and flexible
