Position Description

?  Review key deliverables from projects to ensure continuity with the enterprise level privacy strategy, scalability, and alignment with projected benefits.

? Maintain Program Charter to validate that cross-functional and cross-enterprise scope is agreed to and maintained.

? Ensure long term sustainability and alignment of privacy roles with global privacy governance.

? Ensure privacy scope aligns with IT security policies.

? Ensure plans are in place for sustainability of privacy applications across existing controls, applications, and processes.

? Ensure change requests are fully analyzed for impacts across all projects within the program and are consistent with Enterprise-wide Privacy & Security and Controls strategies.

? Identify risks and mitigation plans related to maintaining capability, deliver business results, and report to PMO.

? Assess cost/benefit impact of any proposed additions/deletions to the program strategy and recommend solutions.

? Perform investigations, feasibility, benchmarking, and analytical studies (as necessary) on the business process and develop the conceptual model of the customer requirements.

? Assist Business Analysts with translation of business requirements into IT design specifications, current state process models, and future state process models.

? Establish roadmap for achieving future state with business and IT partners.

? Facilitate chartering sessions and serve as primary liaison with working groups.

? Work to drive Organization Change Management efforts.  Present and review OCM results with Privacy Management.

? Monitor and manage delivery of business results assigned to releases.

 

Required Skills

?  The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of Project Management experience, including personnel management, risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and delivery management.

?  At least 10 years in the Information Technology industry.

?  Experience in Project Management methodologies that focus on standardized processes.

?  PMP certification is required.

?  At least 5 years experience with successful large scale, on-time deliveries and initiatives.

?  Successful management and mentoring the development of Architects, Project Administrators, Business Analysts, DBA?s, and Developers/Analysts.

?  Experience in the sales process and facilitation of client meetings.

?  Bachelor?s Degree
