Implementations Project/Department Manager

SUMMARY:

Position is Responsible for managing Implementations department and customer Implementations onto the Litle processing system. ?Typical implementation project responsibilities include cross-functional support, company strategy and timing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities and resources required to deliver our service efficiently, on time and with the proper quality.Set and mange Client expectations through outstanding communications regarding project scope, plan and direction.Ability to focus on detailsPerform regular risk assessment and mitigate risk that may ariseStrong analytical and organizational skillsEvidence of outstanding work ethic and motivationMange internal communications across departments while accounting for work processes associate with the various deliverablesDevelop Formal project when needed for projectsProvide Status reports and measurement of Success of implementationsMaintain knowledge of procedures, policies and new products/servicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to facilitate conversation and present critical information at any level of employee or partner, including Senior Executives. Knowledge of the payment processing business a plus

SUPERVISORY Responsibilities:

Will be managing small implementations team and also be required to project mange projects across departments

QUALIFICATIONS:Candidates should have a successful track record of program management.Successful candidates will have proven customer service experience, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to influence, impact, and ultimately improve the customer experience by bringing creative techniques and approaches to this roleBachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years directly related job experience
