In Harmony with Education, Program Manager NY, NJ, PA

Requirements
The In Harmony With Education Program (IHWE)is a program designed to teach middle school students about the beauty and the science of music. We are currently hiring for a Program Manager for the Greater New York area. IHWE is an interdisciplinary music program (i.e. music, science and math), which includes an in-class curriculum and a field trip experience.

The locations that this position would cover are NY, NJ and PA.

Skills
The specific responsibilities for this role include, and are not limited to: Promote program to host education facilities sites (e.g. universities, museums, schools, etc.) and gain commitment to participate. Act as liaison between education facility and Bose Corporate office. Manage logistics of all program operations. Conduct comprehensive training for field trip instructors, and follow-up coaching. Design and develop work processes for efficient operations. Ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and a self starter by nature.

Education
BA/BS degree required, 5+ years experience in education required, with a strong interest in music and science. Masters degree preferred. Experience working in a Corporate environment a plus. Strong verbal communication and influencing skills required. Ability to build strong relationships required. 10% - 20% travel required throughout the Greater New York area.
