In partnership with Fortune 100 Technology Company, Spherion has an immediate position in the Raleigh, NC area.

This position will be to manage a professional staff of approximately 18-25 Inside Sales Representatives responsible for outgoing and incoming calls.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Continually develop product knowledge and skills of Inside Sales Representatives.

- Monitoring and Coaching skills

- Training and Motivational skills

- Excellent Time Management skills

- Scripting knowledge and capabilities

- Management of leads and assignment to ISRs

- Ability to make recommendations for performance improvement to ensure continuous improvement,

consistency and quality of service.

- Able to coach in objection handling

- Measurement and Reporting experience

- Experience in computer hardware technology preferred.
