International IT Project Manager

Our client, a global service company, is looking for a strong, well-rounded, IT Project manager. Ultimately the PM will be responsible for a number of miscellaneous projects at any given time. Projects may include: AD/Exchange migration-upgrade, Tech refresh, network integration with newly acquired companies (international). The ideal PM will have multiple years of PM experience with a wide variety of IT Infrastructure projects; this will require a lot of flexibility and strong time management. Acting as a liaison between many technology groups, business units, and vendors will be the majority of the job. Proven Project Management methodology experience and applicable certifications are highly desired.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Candidate must have: • Understanding of the networking infrastructure • Ability to lead, and establish organization for global projects • Proven experience delivering and implementing new strategies in a global effort • Lead multiple high-level projects • Very strong PM Skills - not hand's on engineering skills. • Strong technical skills - not development skills. • Comfort meeting, negotiating, and building relationships with vendors. • Experience in re-examining processes and creating efficiency in procedures and projects. • Team mentality, potentially bridging gaps between engineers, projects, and management.
