Manager, Conformity Assessment Programs
The National Electrical Manufacturers Association located in Rosslyn, VA is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the Association?s conformity assessment (CA) program. This position involves coordinating national and international CA standards activities and will represent U.S.electroindustry interests regionally and internationally to government and private sector conformity assessment initiatives, conferences, and workshops etc.
Qualified candidate must have a bachelor?s degree in a technical discipline (preferably engineering) and a minimum of 7 years of related experience. Proven understanding of relevant national standards and ISO/IEC Guides required. Excellent oral and written communications skills, related software competencies a must. Some travel. The incumbent will report to the Vice President, Technical Services.
