Mgr II-Project Management

Successfully drive project results by leading reeengineering projects in Global Commercial Card (GCC) to increase revenue, reduce expenses and improve customer satisfaction. Provide project leadership to cross functional teams and effectively utilize project management techniques to organize, plan and execute process improvement initiatives while meeting or exceeding timelines. Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to successfully scope ideas into viable projects. Attend Six Sigma Black Belt training (unless already trained) and become certified as a Black Belt, as utilization of Six Sigma tools as well as other project management techniques are required.

Successful experience in a project management environment. Experience in business process improvement, change management and reengineering. Proven ability to build and leverage relationships. Superior oral and written communication skills and experience presenting complex materials to a variety of audiences. Strong organization and analytical skills. Proven ability to be an effective manager of change. Desire to work with undefined processes and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications
Trained / Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
In depth understanding of Corporate Services business and organization.

Graduate degree in business, engineering or related field is preferred.
