Key responsibilities include:
Providing a wide scope of oversight for large-scale projects related to the implementation of new business
Developing, creating and managing implementation plans
Reporting on project status and facilitating meetings
Coordinating activities and project tactics across multiple departments
Working with IT, Network Management, Provider Services, Sales, Account Management, executives, Medical Management, Legal and Clinical departments on various implementation efforts



Candidates must demonstrate progress in their career, and complex project management experience is crucial. Communication and facilitation skills are absolutely necessary. Product and service implementation experience is preferred, and a background in process improvement is a plus. PC proficiency is a must, and a Bachelor’s degree is needed, preferably in a related field.
