We are currently seeking an Operations Project Manager

 

The Operations Project Manager (OPM) has a multi-tasking role in directing, prioritizing, or leading several key initiatives for RFN Operations.  The OPM will direct, monitor and report on Operations milestones for the implementation of a new ERP system.  The OPM will lead the RoHS/WEEE compliance efforts of RFN.  The OPM will monitor and report on Operational NPI project milestones.  The OPM will participate in Operations? global expansion planning.  The OPM will direct OEM contract requirements for Operations, specifically in compliance with Quality reporting requirements for TL9000.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manages / coordinates the development and implementation process involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projectsParticipates in the Product or Project Status meetings and drives Operations milestone objectivesResponsible for identifying appropriate resources and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projectsMaintains Operations project schedules and provides status updates to senior managementInterfaces with Key RFN personnel to accomplish objectivesInterfaces with customers by phone, email, and in person to answer project schedule related questionsWrites and / or contributes to technical documentation

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Ability to work within a cross functional team environment to drive project milestonesAbility to travel nationally and internationally as required for project completion (5%)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively to an audience with a wide range of technical knowledgeStrong presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing needsAbility to adapt and respond positively and effectively to change, delay, and/or shifting priorities and goalsSelf-directed with ability to work independently in a fast-paced structured environmentAbility to think outside the box, be creative, and take initiative

 

Education and Experience Required:Experienced project planning, organizational and management reporting skill sets are a mustExperience in implementing RoHS & WEEE EU DirectivesExperience in Oracle or SAP implementation a plusLEAN or Six Sigma Background a plus5+ years hands on project management experienceBA / BS degree or equivalent experience
