Oracle Financial Program Manager

Responsibilities Include: • Working with the Director of Business Systems to develop technology and process solutions to support company initiatives. • Provide functional and technical application support to the financial (A/P, G/L, A/R, F/A) user community. • Recommend technological or operational solutions to business challenges for the financial community. • Work with the development team to design, write, test and document required programming code based on business requirements. • Knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members. • Estimate the levels of effort to accomplish various projects and tasks. • Successful at meeting established deadlines and project goals. • Perform application setup of key criteria, rules and other key components. • Manage the financial application software developers, contractors • Manage projects utilizing System Development Life Cycle methodologies • Maintain controls and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Qualifications :
• Associates Degree (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred). • Functional and technical expertise of the Oracle financial applications of General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management • Knowledge of Purchase order is a plus. • Strong knowledge and experience with Accounts Receivables and Billing (does not need to be Oracle) • Strong understanding and experience using Oracle technical tools including Forms, SQL, PL/SQL. • Experience with Accounts Payable self-service • Knowledge of report writers is desired. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
