Oracle Implementation Project Manager

The essential duties of the Oracle Project Manager will include:

? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals;
? Planning, designing, developing and implementing Oracle Applications project plans;
? Responsible for project profitability;
? Manage technical and functional consultant resources to perform all project life cycle tasks from project inception through project close;
? Managing client relationships;
? Communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals and groups at all levels of the client organization;
? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues and devise contingency plans;
? Interact and coordinate with multiple client departments;
? Track project milestones and deliverables and provide necessary project status reporting to all levels of the client;
? Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project;
? Report directly to the Baytree Vice President of Delivery.

The qualifications for Oracle Project Manager will include:

? 5 or more years Oracle applications implementation experience;
? 5 or more years of progressive project management experience;
? 5 or more years of consulting experience;
? Bachelors degree, advanced degree preferred;
? Ability to travel 100%. The candidate is free to live anywhere in the eastern United States;
? Must have a solid functional understanding of the various Oracle E-Business Suite modules;
? Must possess a proven track record of managing functional and technical resources as well as consultants and clients to drive enterprise wide projects;
? Proficiency with MS Project;
? Strong leadership, operational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required;
? Experience with manufacturing environments is a plus;
? PMI Certification is preferred
