PROGRAM MANAGER, EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES

In this role, you will be responsible for new product design and delivery, owning and driving product launches. This includes developing, procuring, integrating, testing and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for leading cross functional teams from engineering, product management, operations and customer support together with cross functional coordination to resolve critical product-quality and performance issues; develop, define and execute project plans, schedules and deliverable; identify needed resources; interface with external customers on technical matters, as needed; and manage project development and direction.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field together with a minimum of 5 years of control technology experience. A Master?s degree is preferred.

The candidate should possess a strong technical background with a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality together with a strong knowledge of RF control technology to be used for distributing metadata and networking applications. Sharpened verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts easily and understandably to internal stakeholders and the marketplace is necessary. Experience delivering within budget and on schedule is essential.
