PROGRAM MANAGER II
Encore Capital Group has an opportunity for Program Manager II in our Legal Outsourcing department. This position is responsible for managing relatively large and/or new outsourcing programs and initiatives. This includes analyzing strategic initiatives, developing and fine-tuning programs, executing program strategies, setting and measuring against performance goals, and fostering relationships with external partners to drive program success.

Candidates should possess the following:
? Bachelor?s Degree in a business or quantitative field, required

? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
? Data query skills
? Program or relationship management skills
