PROJECT COORDINATOR - PHARMACY (JOB# 13737)
Boise, ID

NOTE: The focus of this position is coordinating implementations of new group business and providing account services to existing clientele.

Manage the implementation of new drug products in the following role:
Specialize in one or more of the following areas:
Manage the implementation of new drug products, product/program enhancements, system changes and contract changes
Represent Pharmacy Services on projects involving the drug benefits offered by all affiliates under Regence
Oversee benefit coding on the claims processing system
Perform pharmacy contracting, pharmacy database development and maintenance, pharmacy dispensing evaluations and pharmacy audits
Perform MAC price reviews, evaluates drug status and prices inpatient drug claims

Combine your extensive health background with the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; OR equivalent combination of related experience and education
Minimum of 2 years experience in project management preferred
Knowledge of claims processing systems (such as Argus) and Regence main frame systems, including Facets
Knowledge of new group set up procedures (from the point of sale to the implementation of eligibility and benefits)
Ability to coordinate activities with all levels of staff and external business partners through clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects within time constraints
Ability to negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive project and team issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness
Leadership skills with the ability to direct activities of others both individually and within a project team setting
Ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with the Company's business functions and products
Availability to travel and work extended shifts as necessary
Demonstrated ability with MS Office products (Excel and Word) and Lotus Notes and other corporate software as required
