PROJECT ENGINEERING & PLANNING MANAGER – OIL & GAS DRILLING RIGS & EQUIPMENT
Responsibilities · Overall Project Engineering / Project Management / Planning for electric based drilling rigs, including P&L responsibility.
? Production planning and construction supervision.
? Perform engineering review of structural and mechanical equipment designs, and overall rig layout.
? Oversee design, planning, procurement, and manufacture of modern land drilling rigs and oilfield drilling equipment.
? Project design, construction, vendor and subcontractor qualification, quality assurance, and API compliance.
? Coordination between company and subcontractors and vendors of equipment to include masts, substructures, drawworks, mud pumps, rotary tables, crown sheaves assemblies, hooks, blocks, swivels, solids handing equipment, drilling fluids systems.
Requirements
? Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil or Petroleum Engineering.
? 10+ years experience in project engineering involving design, planning, procurement, manufacture and assembly of land drilling rigs, offshore oilfield drilling rigs or drilling equipment.
?Project Management experience required.
? Knowledge of API Standards and Quality Assurance
