PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Current position is a Temporary position, with an initial engagement length of 2-3 months. (projected need through September 30, 2006).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides support to the Real Estate Project Managers for specific projects. Prime responsibility will be tracking prunclist items; soliciting, processing, and tracking final invoices; obtaining all necessary project close-out documentation and processing Tenant Improvement Reimbursement requests. The position will be located with the Real Estate team in the Main office. Limited travel may be required (2-3 days per month).

Position does not have supervisory role, but is expected to take initiative to ensure team and internal partners perform related tasks in a timely and professional manner. No internal direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3-5 years related administrative experience, preferably in a large office environment. Prior invoice tracking and help desk experience necessary.  BS/BA degree preferred. Thorough knowledge of computer software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Access and NT are a must. Basic mathematical skills needed to manipulate data in spreadsheets and databases to prepare reports. Must be proficient in project and time management concepts.

Must have effective written and oral communication skills. Must display interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at various levels in a professional manner, and be able to handle multiple and changing priorities, and respond to multiple requests for support.

Must be able to make independent decisions within authority level. Valid drivers license required.
