Job Responsibilities:

 Establish and implement procedures to insure company objectives are attained.Develop internal marketing materials to aid in educating current clients of additional services offered.Be a resident expert on this new product.Conduct ongoing audits of billing, client information, procedures.Develop and implement training for internal staff and for clients.Develop and maintain a data base of all clients using various services.Determine ways to measure the ongoing training needs of current clients.

 

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.Payroll experienceComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet proficientExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail
