Primary Care Project Manager

Dept: Medical Affairs The Primary Care Project Manager is the designated representative of the Section Directors Strategic Planning Group in matters relating to implementation of strategic initiatives and tactics in the MSP's. This includes, but not limited to development of customer service standards, assisting with consistency of processes, centralizing activities when necessary, implementing new programs, performing analyses and critical background materials, preparing necessary documentation and research, and resolving issues affecting the practice environment. The Manager will also support various ad hoc primary care groups in resolving issues and interfacing with appropriate staff. The Manager will collaborate with various disiplines and hospital deparments under the direction of the Senior Administrator for Primary Care.

Ability to design and lead implementation teams. Excellent communication, consensus building, and facilitation skills required. Excellent organizational and analytical skills required.
