PROCESS EXCELLENCE LEADER (60747) | SAN DIEGO, CATo apply, please send your resume to Leigh_Cordes@Intuit.com , or better yet; apply online here!Primary Responsibilities:Intuit, the worldwide leader in Tax and Financial Management software and services, is developing a Process Excellence Team to help drive the success of product development, distribution and service of TurboTax SKU's. Members of the Process Excellence Team are expected to achieve objectives within an 18 - 24 month period, then move into an appropriate line management or leadership role within TurboTax or other Intuit divisions.Process Excellence Leaders will receive advanced training, coaching and leadership opportunities. The intent is to provide these employees with deepening and broadening experiences to further strengthen the leadership bench. Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is available for qualifying Process Excellence Leaders.The Process Excellence Leaders will report to the Vice President of Process Excellence. Five positions will be located in San Diego, CA and 1 position will be located in Tucson, AZ.Each Process Excellence Leader will be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of one or more core processes within the TurboTax business. They will partner with one or more Vice Presidents to develop the Process Excellence strategy, get buy-in on the vision, assist the VP and direct reports in reorganizing the organization and work processes, if needed, and achieve measurable results.Process Excellence Leaders drive results within and across organizational boundaries, ensure the right resources from the right disciplines are involved, develop and apply highly effective team operating mechanisms to achieve business objectives and continuously assess and if necessary, redesign processes to ensure that they are repeatable, sustainable, and scalable.Qualifications:? 5-15 years of demonstrated success improving processes? Proven track record driving positive change in a complex environment? Six Sigma training or equivalent education in operations or process improvement? Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills? Passion for customers? Strong ability to lead within a matrixed organization? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously? Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills? Proven track record of success leading cross-functional teams? Strong results orientation and decision making skills: take-charge attitude and champion of innovative ideas.Desired Qualifications:? An understanding of supported products or infrastructure, how they work and how they are used by customers? Six Sigma Certification? Graduate degree? Prior experience in consulting, consumer product or technology businesses? Prior management experience in marketing, operations, product development or software development? Medium to advanced skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Minitab, Microsoft Project and Process Model software?
