Process Improvement Leader

USIS is currently looking for a Process Improvement Leader to lead and manage Six Sigma project portfolios in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements. This individual will employs Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives. They will work with Six Sigma-certified professionals in the planning, designing, and accomplishing of key projects. The position does require training and certification through a Six Sigma accredited organization. The candidate will need to be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. The position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Process Improvement Leader will performs a variety of tasks and they will also lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Education: Masters degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent required.

Experience: 7 years experience in a process improvement function.

Certifications: Training and certification through a Six Sigma accredited organization.

Knowledge: Skill in PC productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project and PPT required.

Skills and Abilities: Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Licensure/Other: Black Belt Certified
