Process Support Analyst - Auto Division

National Financial Company has an immediate need for a Process Support Analyst for our Auto Division

 



Position Summary: 

Under the general direction and guidance of the Process Support Manager, contributes to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that one or more operational processes runs smoothly and effectively. Candidate ensure effective, accurate, and timely production surrounding contracts, titles and insurance follow-up activities.  The Analyst will be charged with analyzing current policies and procedures, and developing innovative solutions to existing issues.  The Analyst will monitor, and report results related to production standards.  The Analyst tasks are typically dependent upon expertise with spreadsheets and complex databases.  Work involves initiative, independent judgment, and self reliant attitude.

 

Responsibilities:Prepare monthly production reports, forecasts and projections, and performance measurement reports Analyze, explain and clearly document variances in operating results Provide information to various levels of management for decision-making purposes Work with field operations, company executives and parent company to support sales and growth Prepare annual budgets/business plans Develop, recommend, and implement improved methods and procedures Handles a variety of recurring and non-recurring special assignments Assists in developing solutions to problems Keeps supervision informed of developments as needed Recommends a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project Coordinates input from internal/external customers to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions Actively identifies new areas for learning and takes advantage of learning opportunities

? Assist Process Support Manager with developing, producing, and monitoring productivity reports and complete all monthly reporting.

? Audit branch processes randomly and at the specific request of fellow Supervisors for quality assurance and to insure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and company policy and procedures.  Communicate results to management. 

? Assist in identifying associates who would benefit from additional training one-on-one or in small groups, setting goals and target dates for the additional training, and tracking improvement.

? Observe trends and make recommendations for improving work processes in the organization.

 

 

QualificationsStrong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership Strong customer service skills High level of interpersonal and oral/written communication skills Flexible enough to dedicate time to spontaneous issues Detailed enough to understand minutia to develop and propose solutions Business related college degree or equivalent training, MBA preferred Proficient PC skills with knowledge of MS Office
