Locations: Fairfax, VA/ Houston, TX
Additional Positions in Houston, TX & Internationally Thru NJK's Affiliates For Upstream & LNG / NGL 
Salary Range: $90,000 ~ $145,000~  Depending on Experience

Sr. Staff Functional Lead Support Role 
Interface with other Members of The Support Group to include: Administrations, Process Design, Mechanical, Commissioning & Start-Up, Cost & Schedule, Supply Chain and Procurement, and other Team Members.

Responsible for / Areas of Responsibility:
* Planning & Development of Contracting & Subcontracting Agreements and Documents
Administrator with Vendors for Procurement and Acquisition of Services & Equipment for Construction (EPC)
of Multimillion $ Projects Including:
* Policy and Procedures;
* Leading Development of a Plan for Reviewing the Bidders Proposals; 
* Strategy;* Acquisition and Formation Tasks;
* Leading & Coordinating Commercial Negotiations & Negotiation Strategies;
* Receiving & Coordinating the Evaluation of Bidders' Proposals;
* Coordinating Development of the "Invitation for Proposals Package" including Pro-Forma; 
* Selecting Competitive Bid Slates & Tactical Planning;
* Assisting in the Development of Contracts Award Recommendations for Approval by Department Manager, Managers and Shareholders;
* Risk Identification & Management;
* Finalizing Documents Including Coordinating Input from Legal, Controllers, Treasurers & Other Functions;
* Administrations;
* Governance & Approval Processes;
* Monitoring Vendor's Performance in terms of Safety, Progress, Schedule, Costs, Quality, Tax Liability, & Other Contractual Compliance Issues;
* Advice of needed Vendor?s Corrective Actions to avoid Potential Disputes;
* Process Change Orders & Provide Notices to Vendors whenever necessary;
* Make Timely Settlement of any Claims and / or Disputes;
* Claims and Closeouts.
Skills Desired / Knowledge Of:
* Domestic & International Laws as they  Pertain to this Function / Industry Segment;
* Federal, State, and International Regulatory Authorities;
* Industry Terms, Conditions, Costs of Services & Agreements, Vendors.
* MBA Highly Desirable.
