Elite Business Productions is currently looking for a Producer, a position of extraordinary responsibility that requires excellent leadership skills, impeccable organizational ability, creativity, client relationship skills and of course a vast amount of knowledge and experience of the Business and Video Production industry. On any given project, the Producer will assist in the creative development process, build the budget, support the initial presentation to the client, and then lead a team of both employees and vendors to produce the project. A project could consist of a business meeting, product launch, tradeshow or a multimedia product such as video or CDrom. This individual will work out of our Orlando, FL office.

Responsibilities:Provide quality customer service with the highest level of integrity. Maintain client relationships by providing support, information and guidance before, during and after a project. Prepare proposals, contracts, production schedules, project recap reports and more. Oversee the execution of the event from the installation, show production and internal recap meeting. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in the industry's professional organizations. Help to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Requirements:Minimum of 10 years experience within the corporate business meetings and events industry. Minimum of 5 years experience in the production of multimedia content and delivery. Ability to develop and manage project timelines, resources, vendors, and budgetary requirements for complex projects with great attention to detail.An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to enthusiastically lead or be part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently, take initiative and provide follow through.Thorough understanding of, and experience with vendor management and selection.Ability to communicate creative concepts in both verbal and written forms. Excellent research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong customer management capabilities that include listening to, and understanding the clients needs, with the creative ability to fulfill those needs, while providing exceptional follow up and follow through service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work a minimum 40 hour week during regular business hours plus frequent travel, weekend and evening work.
