Product Engineer Sr

Essential Functions and Duties
Provides technical and professional support to business projects emphasizing new and unreleased products. Takes ownership of assigned tasks with responsibilities of instituting and participating in corrective actions and following through to assure proper release and hand off of solutions to Technical Services and Field Process/Field Service organizations. Actively participate in project team activities to help team accelerate design to release duration while providing field data or considerations to all design or project activities. Analyze research data and product specifications. Acquires and applies basic engineering theories, methods and research techniques in the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical problems. Conducts and designs, well defined experiments and tests pertaining to the development of new methods, processes, hardware, standards, modification of current material, components, software, or process specifications and the resolution to complex technical problems. Collects data, may analyze results, generate reports, and provide recommendations. Contributes as required, in the design, analysis, prototype build, software or process development, evaluation, and complete bottom up product documentation for pre-production release. Will provide support to a variety of projects with supervision required. Additionally the position entails mastery of our newest products and the dissemination of best known methods both to and from the field.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:

BA/BS in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred. MS in related discipline helpful.

Minimum Experience:

The successful candidate will have >2 years of management experience and 5 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He/she will possess excellent customer management skills and demonstrated technical problem solving experience. Wet Clean experience a must.
