Job Description:

Direct international planning sessions to build rollout planning.

Guide overall development of global implementation strategies.

Ensure highest quality and consistency in implementations with best resources.

Act as focal point for all global solutions-to-clients communications.

Adapt implementation methodology for all sites.

Ensure major issues and concerns are escalated to Harris Professional Services corporate and expedite responses back to customers.

Periodic attendance at customer steering committee meetings.

Perform global business consulting (leadership, project management, and long-term strategies).

Develop the highest level of customer satisfaction through preferred treatment and influence, as well as rapid escalation of issues.

Provides management and strategic consulting, general resource management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in related field

Plus, 6 years of related work experience

Experience:

3-5 years experience of Professional Services managerial experience.

3 years of proven senior consulting manager experience.

Ability to interact with all levels internally and externally.

Ability to provide executive guidance to the customer.

Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and presentation required.

International consulting and package experience.

Project management and multi-site consulting experience.

Ability to solve complex business challenges.

Ability to travel 75% of the time
