Position Overview:

Key responsibility is to manage AOL Yellow Pages/White Pages function within AOL Search.

Responsible for managing relationship with key partner, YellowPages.com and other reseller agencies to ensure overall success of YellowPages site.

Functions as the publisher" for Yellow Pages driving enhancements that will reflect high consumer satisfaction and usage.

Responsible for managing the P&L for this initiative with a budget of $10-15 million.

Basic Functions:
~3-5 years directly related experience including project management of complex initiatives and a comprehensive knowledge of the online industry and the web.
~Provides strategic and tactical direction across multiple programs including prioritization, organization/staffing, scheduling, resource leveling.
~Uses project management skills to plan, schedule and monitor resources, deadlines and costs of several interrelated or independent projects; promotes an environment that supports customer-focused and complete project planning. *
~Develops and maintains relationships across program components and is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of programs. * Manages a staff of program/project managers *
~Assembles and manages the necessary talent and resources for programs. * Project management duties are often varied with more complex/difficult responsibilities and may involve a great deal of troubleshooting and resolving problems requiring innovation and technical creativity.
