Program Management Analyst

Bobcat is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to join the Bobcat team. OBJECTIVE:

First year:
Lead the pilot evaluation of the portfolio tool, manage the migration of the NPD on line system to the new portfolio software solution, represent CVT as user of this tool, and make improvements as needed
Responsible for ensuring that the information from the current system is migrated correctly
Responsible for the global launch schedule of the tool
Responsible for the launch budget assigned and management updates on the process implementation of this tool

The Program Analyst role during and after the software change will operate in a support capacity, coordinating management communications, project gap analysis, schedules, etc. This position will be responsible for maintaining import of key financial data into the NPD online system, scheduling and maintaining meeting schedules, coordination of miscellaneous Ad Hoc Reporting requests, distribution of monthly reporting packages, and preparation and distribution of Risk Assessment documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

For the first year, the new system will be the first priority.
Moving forward, the job responsibilities will change to the following:
Prepare and analyze monthly Launch Schedules and AOP document
Consolidate, analyze and distribute Monthly Risk Assessment
Consolidate monthly PPR presentations
Prepare, analyze and publish monthly hours and spending by project into the NPD online system
Evaluate and upload the consolidated tooling and capital spending project hours (all functional areas) into the NPD online system by project
Weekly gap analysis and exception reporting to key members of management Miscellaneous Ad Hoc reporting as requested

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/BA Degree with an emphasis in Engineering, Finance or IT. Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience.
