PMP Certification combined with strong industry experience coupled with formal education including but not limited to a bachelors degree from an accredited university.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Program Manager assists in managing large programs consisting of a number of interrelated projects. The candidate is required to use companies program management tools (PMO website, Websource) to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies. The candidate produces status reports, conducts status meetings and facilitates issue resolution and risk management sessions.

SPECIFIC SOW: This individual will be responsible for managing and assigning service delivery activities for Managed Data Services engineers. Daily activities include managing a dynamic work load to meet customer demands for scheduling complex installations on a daily basis. Strong problem solving skills are highly desired. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program / project management, industry specific certifications (PMP) combined with formal education is highly desired.
