Project Admin/Coordinator

Position Description: This is a TEMPORARY assignment through 11/30/06.

Provide project administrative functions under direction of Display Card/OTP Project Manager and team, to include:

* Ongoing maintenance of rapidly evolving project plan on Microsoft Project including some 350 activities
* Creation and ongoing maintenance of management reporting tolls including critical path/milestones status, issue list, and risk inventory
* Work with activity owners to track status of each activity and negotiate conflicts or inconsistencies
* Create ppt and provide/validate project task status at Task Force meetings
* Participate in project meetings and calls to ensure that relevant information and changes are captured in project plan
* Assist with Task Force meeting preparation and minutes as needed

Position Requirements:

* Excellent project administration skills (tools and interpersonal)
* Expert in Microsoft Project
* Familiarity with Pert Chart Express software helpful but not mandatory

PMI certification desirable but not mandatory
