To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements.

*Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.

*2 years experience working with budget tracking, invoices, and project administration assistance.

*Strong problem solving, organizational, people, math and accounting skills required.

*Proficiency in Word and Excel required.

*Ability to work independently, but function as part of a team required.

Job Description :
The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to the following:

*Budget tracking and assisting project managers with financial management of projects.

*Produce weekly and monthly financial updates of projects.

*Monthly invoice review, preparing paperwork to set up new projects.

*Problem solving and liaison with clients on budget and account receivable issues.
