MWH is seeking qualified applicants for a Project Controls Specialist for the Pasaenda, California office.

Essential Functions:
1. Perform variety of cost/estimating tasks such as coding timesheets, invoices, quantity installations, and accumulating hours per account, etc.
2. Assist in preparing routine and/or special request reports per established instructions, department procedures and deadlines.
3. Assist project managers and project engineers in compiling cost data by account, preparing manpower forecasts, cross coding existing cost records, etc.
4. May calculate/prepare material and work quantities (takeoffs), comparison reports, charts and tables for project analysis.
5. May perform administrative duties associated with day-to-day routine activities designed to provide practical application of cost methods.
6. Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies.
7. Utilize standard project managmenet tools and systems to track scope, schedule and budget
8. Possess an superior capabilities in MS Project and Excel software systems
9. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

4-year business degree or 2-year technical degree. Require proficiency in Project Management, Excel and MS Project.
Basic knowledge of resource monitoring techniques. Ability to follow procedures/directions.
Equivalent combination of related experience and technical training may be substituted.
