Job Title: Project Coordinator

 

Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all the detail project work is accomplished in accordance to internal standards and agreed with our clients. This individual must have a sound, demonstrable understanding of software application/system implementation methodology. He / she must be able to communicate effectively with vendors, internal & external staff and be able to work with changing tasks, schedules and priorities.

 

Activities required of position: (1) Oversee timely, accurate shipments and deployments of products and services in accordance with schedule; (2) Assist in the creation of  credible project plans and schedules, and the management of risk issues to achieve plan; (3) Help coordinate and lead project team meetings to drive project goals and objectives; (4) Maintain project documentation, including weekly project status reports; (5) Assist in the regular and appropriate communication with all assigned accounts, including status of schedule, open items and the facilitation of issue resolution; (6) Assists and leads other project initiative where needed.

 

Experience required: (1) Minimum 2-5 years of project management history of which, at least 2 years in an implementation role is required.); (2) DEMONSTRATED ability to achieve results independently, be a good listener, make smart decisions under pressure, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people; (3) Experience must include blueprint to go-live on multiple implementations; (4) Must be Microsoft Office proficient, specifically with an advanced understanding of Project.
