Project Coordinator- Claims Imaging Project

This position will be based in our Wilmington, DE office with occasional travel to our Philadelphia Headquarters.

Responsibilities Summary

This is a project oriented position that will support the ACE USA Claims Unit by providing systems and operational management during the implementation of an imaging document management system.?? The Project Manager would be responsible for implementation planning, execution and benchmarking of results.? Other responsibilities will include process analysis, participation in ongoing enhancement projects, development and/or modification of operational practices and controls in line with business needs, and training and development of staff on new technology.? The Project Manager would participate as an accountable member of the enterprise wide transition team and will represent Claims with internal and external business partners.

Qualifications

??????? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience including Project Management experience preferred

??????? Insurance Claims experience preferred; Claims experience preferred

??????? Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Outlook required, Excel and Access preferred)

??????? Strong foundation in electronic database systems and internet technology

??????? Strong communication, organization and influencing skills

??????? Ability to act independently and to interact with representatives of various operating divisions within company and with senior management.

??????? Ability to work with ambiguous project definitions and to function in unstructured situations.

??????? In-depth business knowledge, analysis, and systems expertise

??????? Experience in organizational and process re-design
